About My Order
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ORDER UPDATES
We will finish our bulk order within 2 weeks of the sale end date and orders will be shipped immediately once inventory is complete. Orders will be shipped late January and early February! (01/27/25 - 02/07/25)
SHIPPING
*****All orders are hand made which means shipping times may vary depending on the amount of orders and the product ordered. We’re a small team working daily to get orders shipped out in a timely manner, but our main priority is delivering quality products.
- After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to enter the correct information when ordering to prevent delays.
- Orders are usually processed within 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) but delays are subject to occur. During peak periods processing time may be longer.
- Once an order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information (this does not mean your order has been shipped)
- The tracking information takes a while to update, this means your order is in the process of being manufactured or quality checked and will be shipped soon.
- We are a small business so it may take time to fulfill each order, please allow additional time (1-4 weeks) for production after shipping label is created.
- Express orders are shipped first, but if the order isn’t shipped by the date promised then shipping will be refunded.
- Shipping through UPS and USPS takes 2-4 days depending on location (international orders will take longer).
Again,we are a small team so it can be difficult to update all of of our customers individually. Responses may take time via chat or DM so we ask that you check our Instagram story or website for updates.
MISSING/DAMAGED ORDERS
- We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages.
- If your tracking # says delivered but your package is missing, then please contact the carrier service to file a missing package claim.
- Each order is insured through UPS/USPS which means all missing or damaged packages can be replaced through UPS/USPS.
- If your item is damaged please contact us immediately with visual evidence.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
No RETURNS or EXCHANGES are allowed. Please contact us if you have ordered the wrong size and we will try our best to accommodate you.
REFUNDS/ ORDER CANCELATIONS
- If your order was canceled without request, unless we directly contact you, we advise you to contact your financial institution.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
- We cannot refund or cancel an order after 24 hours
